Just 1 more day after today! Fresh fruit for breakfast, jicama-avocado salad for lunch (this recipe wasn’t one of my favorite, although I really like jicama now, and I love avocado, something about the spices didn’t go well for me), and A PIECE OF WHOLE GRAIN TOAST!!! Omg! That toast was the best toast I have EVER had. I am not much of a bread eater, but I had really missed bread. Dinner was an asian stir-fry (getting tired of stir fry’s by now, but I threw in Napa cabbage to change it up, it was really good), braised swiss chard (delicious!) and brown rice.
